Linda,s Dry Skin Oil.

A blend of Frankincense, Geranium and Rose Absolute 100% pure essential oils in a main base oil Apricot Kernel with 5% wheat germ and 15% Avocado.

Store in a cool dark place.

We recommended this for Linda's very dry skin.

The oil Wheat germ 5% + Avocado 15% in a carrier main base of  Apricot kernel would be a good oil for very dry skin. These oils then can have some good skin regenerators mixed in the base being, Rose Absolute, Geranium and Frankincense. This would also smell very much like your last one.
